Thoughts on Imagination (posted 6/22/2012)

- Imagination needs well-exercised mental explorations beyond initial impulses or flaccid focus may lose concepts before clearly envisioned, regularly dissolve inspirations into mist, perhaps leading to disbelief in the value of imagination. Repeated self-frustration may even cause sublimation of creative effort before germination through subconscious dismissal of the pain source, cutting off innate knowledge of oneself.

- "Conversely", (and as well-known), imagination needs freedom of unrestricted mental space into which it may flow without militant discipline, nor overshadowing fear of guilt if a thought fades.

- Tangible enactment demonstrates commitment, which affirms self-worth, the sense of imagination's value, creates right-left brain cross-associations with accompanying interwoven relationships with oneself.
